Disc Read Error - Laser Problems
Disc Read Error - Drive Problems
A common fault with the XBOX 360 caused by overheating and a poorly designed heat sink fixing known as the "X Clamp". We repair the XBOX RROD by stripping down the XBOX 360, removing the heat sink, cleaning the main board and processor chips. We then re-flow the processors to repair any cold solder joints and tracks. we replace the Microsoft X Clamp with our own heat sink kit that allows the main board to flex independently without undue pressure on one point of the heat sink affecting another. To complete the repair we apply a composite silicone heat sink pad to each of four RAM Chips.
Disc Read Error - Laser Faults
If you are getting Disc Read Errors (DRE) then we are able to inspect your XBOX 360 Drive and test the laser. If the laser is faulty then we are able to replace the Drives Faulty Laser with a new unit
Disc Read Error - Drive Problems
If you are getting Disc Read Errors, Scratched Discs or the disc is still spinning on eject then we are able to either change the DVD Drive Motor or the whole drive. We can even update the XBOX DVD Firmware while the XBOX 360 is apart.
We are able to examine Dashboard problems and update where necessary.

The enemy of the XBOX 360, If your XBOX is overheating then there is a range of things we can do from just a general system clean, replace OE fans or carry out a full cooling modification that includes additional internal cooling fan or fans.
